Innovators, visionaries, and business leaders are all welcome to submit to speak at OPTIMA 2019—the first talent optimization conference. This is your chance to share your story with hundreds of the brightest, most enthusiastic minds in talent optimization and beyond—inspiring them with strategies to align people strategy with business strategy for optimal business results.

Four Paths, Many Possibilities

At OPTIMA, you'll join The Predictive Index community of partners, customers, and technologists to roll up your sleeves and become proficient in strategies for designing, hiring, and inspiring high-performing teams, and capitalizing on your people data, to maximize productivity and crush the competition. We're building out four different tracks to guide attendees toward the sessions and speakers best for their particular role or organization.

Submission Form & Guidelines

Deadline extended to May 24, 2019

Sessions are 45 minutes long, with 35 minutes of content and 10 minutes of attendee Q&A. If you are proposing a speaking session with multiple people, please specify that information in your submission as well. You must submit a separate entry for each topic you apply for, with a maximum of two entries per person.

Applicants Will Be Notified: July 15, 2019

All selected speakers receive the following benefits:
