When is OPTIMA 2019?
OPTIMA will take place November 20-22, 2019 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
How much does OPTIMA cost and what’s included?
The Full Conference Pass pricing starts at $1,349 and will be available until September 30, 2019. Our Standard Full Conference Pass will be available starting on October 1, 2019 at a price of $1,499 per ticket. If you register onsite at OPTIMA, the registration fee will be $1,600.
Every OPTIMA attendee will have access to the Keynote Presentations, Breakout Sessions, Sponsor Hub, Partner Meeting Rooms, and the OPTIMA Party. Breakfast, breaks, and lunch are also included on Thursday, November 21, and Friday, November 22.
What does online registration close?
Online registration will not close but changes such as substitutions to your registration cannot be processed after November 19, 2019.
Where should I stay?
The host hotel for OPTIMA is the Sheraton Boston Hotel. We have negotiated a discounted conference rate of $249 per night (plus tax) for OPTIMA attendees. You can book online here.
How do I request a travel visa?

Are accessibility arrangements available?
OPTIMA will provide support services upon request. Please request accessibility services or accommodations for people who experience disabilities at the time of registration and/or four weeks in advance to maximize our efforts.
