Managing Change Through Talent Optimization – A Case Study

In fact, navigating change within an organization is at the heart of effective Talent Optimization. This session explores how one organization utilized the analytics of PI at all levels to inform and power up the most critical changes in leadership, organizational structure, employee selection and development, and manager effectiveness. Attendees will learn how the key issues were diagnosed and how the implementation strategy of The Predictive Index platform guided the involvement of the executive leadership in designing a structure and culture conducive to achieving strategic results. This session will also highlight ways to determine both “Fit” and “Refit” needs for people to optimize performance in key roles.
