Refunds and Cancellations
Should we need to cancel our in-person event (March 15-17, 2023), due to any future Covid-19 travel restrictions, we will change all tickets to virtual and refund the difference. Please reach out to our team at help@optimaconference.com if you encounter Covid-19 related travel restrictions.

Refunds re: Covid-19 travel restrictions
We will issue a 100% refund to any registrant experiencing any future travel restrictions/bans due to Covid-19. Registrant must provide proof of aforementioned restrictions.

Refunds re: a better promo code
Like any sale on the internet, promotional codes to attend OPTIMA23 are time bound and cannot be retroactively applied to your OPTIMA23 registration. Promotional periods are subject to varying discounts.


  • Please reach out to help@optimaconference.com to request a cancellation. Cancellation inquiries sent prior to November 30, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET will receive a 100% refund. 
  • Cancellation inquiries sent between December 1, 2022 and February 15, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET will receive a 50% refund. 
  • No refunds will be issued beginning February 16 at 12:00 a.m. ET.
