Matt Poepsel, PhD is a leadership philosopher and “The Godfather of Talent Optimization”. He serves as the Vice President of Professional Services at The Predictive Index, creator of the world’s leading talent optimization software platform. Matt has led product and professional services teams in rapidly growing Boston-area software companies for more than 20+ years. He holds a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in leadership and coaching, is a U.S. Marine and an IRONMAN triathlon finisher. He will complete his Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School in June 2022.
