Brian Jamieson is a Director of Product Design at The Predictive Index (PI). His focus is on leading PI’s product design teams to deliver exemplary experiences that enable any and every person to get the most out of talent optimization. Brian got his start in academia, earning a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology. But he quickly realized that his passion was in designing technology to solve hard problems that impacted people daily in their working lives. For the past 20 years he has worked in experience design within companies large and small, across industries such as healthcare, finance, networking, and cloud computing. Brian is a lifelong learner, and loves to connect ideas from all kinds of disciplines to the practicalities of designing tools for humans.
