Cheryl has 20+ years of experience in Leadership Development, with a focus of aligning development strategy to support the needs of a business in the midst of large-scale change. She is currently building a new Global Talent Development function at Bose, deploying a robust “Enterprise Leadership” focused agenda to help leaders execute on a business strategy that is transforming at a rapid pace. In this role she is also responsible for Executive Coaching, Management Development and Enterprise Talent Review.Previous to Bose, Cheryl spent 3 years at Staples as Senior Director, Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development. She worked closely with the CEO and Executive Team on culture transformation, starting with their own individual and team effectiveness. As Director of Learning and Leadership Development at EMC Cheryl and her team supported the business in developing net-new capabilities needed for leaders to shift the business from a hardware company to a cloud storage provider. Cheryl began her career with the management and OD consulting firms, Innovation Associates (Co-founded and partnered by Peter Senge, author of the book “The Fifth Discipline”) and Arthur D. Little, where her passion for organizational learning and leadership development was born.
