Drew joined The Predictive Index (PI) leadership team in 2015. As Chief Growth Officer, he leads PI’s growth strategy. Drew and the team successfully raised a $50M growth-equity investment from General Catalyst in 2019 to build out the talent optimization category, of which he is the architect, and continue scaling PI as the world’s leading talent optimization platform. PI software revenue has increased 400%+ since 2015.
A visionary thinker and go-to-market strategist, Drew’s deepest passion lies in inspiring teams to achieve the unthinkable. Over the past 15 years, Drew has developed a versatile skill-set including growth strategy, category design, customer acquisition/retention, and team leadership – leading teams and developing strategies for companies in e-commerce, HR technology, local media, and marketing technology.
