Ellen Spara is the Vice President of Human Resources at VLS Environmental Solutions, where she oversees all elements of the talent lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and compensation and benefits. Prior to VLS, Ellen’s 20+ year career focused on both the HR Generalist and Talent Management spaces at companies such as LyondellBasell, Mars, and Campbell Soup Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
