Ms. Duck retired as a Senior Partner and Managing Director of the prestigious Boston Consulting Group in 2008. She was the first person hired by BCG as a specialist and at the partner level. Prior to joining, she owned her own consulting firm in Minneapolis, consulting with a variety of businesses ranging from health care to manufacturing companies and financial service firms. Her focus has always been on the human side of change, working to ensure desired outcomes are achieved with the least friction and disruption possible, in the shortest amount of time. This becomes especially important during mergers, strategic transformations and restructuring. She has always been a popular speaker combining humor and insight with practical tools and ideas. She also works with executive teams to improve their effectiveness and their skills in leading change. Jeanie has taught at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and the Pratt Institute, NY where she received her Masters degree. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia.
