In her current role, Jenn leads leadership and organizational development for PTC, a global, publicly-traded tech company with over 6,200 employees. Before joining PTC, Jenn had stood up and led the HR function for the Boston charter of Outward Bound, an international non-profit and recognized leader in outdoor, experiential education. Jenn‘s earliest years with Outward Bound, as a wilderness expedition instructor, first led Jenn to discover a passion for creating experiences where individuals and teams can surpass perceived limitations and discover potential beyond what they would have imagined possible. Through today, this passion has fueled Jenn‘s mission of helping organizations realize their human potential.
Jenn holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and certifications in behavioral research and assessment, leadership coaching, and team facilitation.
