Kim Hoefert serves as the Manager of Inside Sales for the Chicago Bulls where she has more than five years’ experience driving revenue for one of the largest sports brands in the world. Having started as a Bulls Inside Sales Representative in 2016, she has seen both sides of what it takes to succeed in sales, as she was recently recognized as NBA Revenue All-Star before she was promoted to management. She utilizes PI throughout the interview process to confidently hire the right people, and then develop them through individualized coaching. Kim has a Journalism degree from the University of Missouri, and lives in Chicago’s West Town with her boyfriend and dog Al. She lives for Chicago summers and the restaurant scene in the Windy City.
