Kristy Jungemann is the Sr. Manager of Talent Optimization for Tyson Foods, a Fortune 100 company. In her role, Kristy drives the talent and culture strategy of the Fresh Meats Business Unit. She has previously been a HR professional for Terex Utilities and a leadership development consultant for Scitrain. She obtained her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
