Lauren Hunter-Dyson is the Vice President, Talent and Culture for the New England Aquarium. She is an innovative and creative HR practitioner with a passion for helping organizations achieve their missions with and through people. Throughout her professional career Lauren has worked in nonprofit, for-profit, and government agencies working to streamline and improve the employee experience and align the people strategy with the larger organizational goals. She is professionally happiest, and most fulfilled when she is leading talent and culture work in mission driven organizations. Lauren prides herself on being a positive disruptor – challenging the status quo and designing and implementing policies and programs that support and empower all workers. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Management degree in Strategic Business Management from Cambridge College.
