I have been with the Spurs for almost 4 years and am enjoying the experience! My main role is to recruit and hire elite, diverse talent for our organization. But this isn’t just about getting people in the door. It is about finding the right people that will enjoy their work, add to our vibrant community, and help lead us to our future. My favorite thing about working for SS&E is the people! Because we have a strong culture that is values based, our employees align with those same values. We all work hard, collaborate, innovate, and have fun! This is a game changer for me. I am also lucky enough to sit on our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council. The work this council does, not only helps strengthen our culture but helps my efforts in attracting top talent. I am born and raised in San Antonio, and have two boys, 22 and 12.
