Sidney Sollazo’s career at Rockwell Automation has spanned over 20+ years, working in a variety of roles including sales and sales leadership, industry business development, field marketing and now in Sales Enablement, an organization which focuses on the success of the sales organization by defining sales strategies and sales force design; providing competency programs; developing commercial messaging; implementing modern sales processes; and managing change all with the goal of equipping our team to have more effective customer conversations.
Sidney holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tufts University in Medford, MA as well as a Certificate of Industrial Distribution Management from Texas A&M University in College Station Texas. Sidney serves on the National Association of Electrical Distribution (NAED) Industrial Task Force executive steering committee and as committee member and recruiting lead for the NAED Women in Industry committee.
