Will Otto is the Director of Talent Optimization at PI, having started as the company’s first full-cycle recruiter in 2017. On the average day, he puts PI’s managers and leaders in a position to successfully attract, assess, retain, reward, and develop top talent while providing best-in-class candidate and employee experience. Prior to PI, he spent time in education and non-profits, and provided talent insight for mission-driven teams. Will has a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and lives in Providence, Rhode Island, with his partner. He plays a lot of basketball and has the creaky left knee to show for it.
